1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TNT Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TNT Studio. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
One account per person. Multi-accounting will result in permanent bans.
You must verify your email address to access withdrawal features.

4. Platform Currency (TNT)

TNT is the internal currency used on the Platform, with 1 TNT = 1 USD.
TNT can be earned through gameplay, tournaments, daily bonuses, and referrals.
TNT can be withdrawn as real money subject to our withdrawal policies.

5. Deposits and Payments

Deposits are processed via Stripe. All transactions are final.
Minimum deposit: $5.00 USD. Maximum deposit: $500.00 USD.
You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available via Stripe (bank transfer) or PayPal.
Minimum withdrawal: $1.00 USD. Maximum: $500.00 per day.
You must verify your email before requesting any withdrawal.
KYC (identity verification) may be required for withdrawals above $100.
Payouts are processed within 24-72 hours.
TNT Studio reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review.

7. Fair Play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
Match manipulation, collusion, or intentional losing is prohibited.
Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on TNT Studio is owned by TNT Studio Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TNT Studio is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate balance will be paid out within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
