Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TNT Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TNT Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16371977).

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TNT Studio.
• You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
• Users in jurisdictions where skill-based gaming for money is prohibited may not use the Platform's paid features.
• TNT Studio is a skill-based competitive gaming platform, not a gambling service. Outcomes are determined by player performance, not chance.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans and balance forfeiture.
• You must verify your email address to access withdrawal features.
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is not permitted.

Platform Currency

TNT is the internal currency used on the Platform.

• 1 TNT = 1 USD equivalent.
• TNT can be earned through gameplay wins, tournaments, daily bonuses, and the referral programme.
• TNT can be withdrawn as real money subject to our withdrawal policies (see Section 6).
• TNT has no value outside of the Platform and cannot be traded or exchanged on third-party markets.

Deposits

• Deposits are processed via PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Minimum deposit: $5.00 USD.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposited funds are converted to TNT at a 1:1 rate and credited to your wallet immediately.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available via PayPal, Stripe, or RedotPay.
• A 5% processing fee is applied to all withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: $1.00 USD.
• You must verify your email before requesting any withdrawal.
• KYC (identity verification) may be required for withdrawals above $100 or when flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Payouts are processed within 24 hours under normal conditions.
• TNT Studio reserves the right to delay payouts pending fraud review.

Game Modes & Fair Play

TNT Studio offers multiple competitive game modes including Free For All, Team Deathmatch, and Battle Royale. All modes are skill-based - outcomes depend on player ability.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software (aimbots, wallhacks, macros) is strictly prohibited.
• Match manipulation, collusion, or intentional losing (match-fixing) is prohibited.
• Using VPNs or proxies to gain unfair matchmaking advantages is prohibited.
• Our ML-powered anti-cheat system monitors all matches in real time. Violations are detected automatically and result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or identity.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Distributing malware, spam, or phishing links within the Platform.
• Impersonating TNT Studio staff or moderators.

Content & Social Features

TNT Studio includes social features such as a feed, posts, reels, messaging, and squads. By using these features:

• You retain ownership of content you create but grant TNT Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.
• You must not post illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.
• You may report inappropriate content; our moderation team reviews all reports.

Referral Programme

• Users may invite others via a unique referral link.
• Referral rewards are credited when the referred user meets the qualifying conditions.
• Self-referrals (referring your own secondary accounts) are prohibited and constitute multi-accounting.
• TNT Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and materials on TNT Studio are owned by TNT Studio Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TNT Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of funds deposited by you in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, network outages, or third-party payment processor issues.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination for fair-play violations, all remaining balance is forfeited.
• Upon termination for non-fair-play reasons, any legitimate remaining balance will be paid out within 30 days.
• You may delete your own account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
